Somerdale International occupy industrial units in Wellington, near Taunton.  After lodging a Check, the Valuation was reduced, resulting in a rates rebate and generating savings of over 11% back to 2017.
Occupying a range of workshop units in Ashcott, Buscott Woodworking were liable for some parts which appeared to be incorrect.  After measuring the premises and investigating their valuation their size was reduced, savings of over £20,000 were realised.
