An audit of Birmingham Brewery Company Ltd's Business' Rates payments was conducted and were found to have made over £2,000 overpayments, which was rebated back to them and future payments reduced.

After lodging an appeal of Roti & Curry Junction's three adjacent industrial units in Saltney, Birmingham, it was reconfigured and savings of over £10,000 were made.
