Altus Financial Services occupy large offices in central Bath adjacent to Bath Train Station.  The offices were unfavourably compared to higher specification offices.  After negotiation based on more comparable offices savings of over 10% were achieved.

Inigo Business Centre, located on Queen Square in the centre of Bath, comprises multiple premises occupied by multiple tenants.  After reconfiguring the layout, savings on void periods and reliefs were achieved going back to April 2010.

Neals Yard Remedies occupy a corner retail premises in an old pedestrian alleyway in central Bath.  We considered the Rateable Value to be too high against other similar premises along the street.  After negotiation savings of over £10,000 were achieved.
